I am new to this forum and have a question I hope was not answered before. In Mydvd, I am trying to cut certain portions of an mpeg movie out. Is there a way to cut certain portions of a movie and somehow put it all together again? I thought I could with creating my own chapters. All that does is allow me to skip to certain parts of my movie. I want to have the movie play continuiously with the edited sections cut out without having to hit chapter next to get to the area i want to see. i hope my post is not too confusing.

You didn't post what Roxio product you have, but if you have the full EMC 9 suite, don't use MyDVD to create and edit you producitons, Use VideoWave.

 

VideoWave was designed for creating/editing your productions, and MyDVD was designed for authoring and burning the production that you made in VideoWave.
