Vriju
Tried re-installing the software but it did not solve the problem. This has happened after going from IE6 to IE7. Can anyone help?
Brendon
Vriju, Although many people have no problems after installing IE7, a lot of users have reported problems with this software after moving from IE6. Where IE7 causes problems it is recommended that you uninstall the Roxio software, rollback your IE7 to IE6, and then reinstall the Roxio software. The Roxio uninstall is best done by using the Add/Remove software part of Control Panel, then the Roxio brute-force uninstaller Roxizap, restart Windows and apply Roxizap again. Roxizap is available here. Microsoft says "You will be able to roll back to Internet Explorer 6 at any point by using the Add/Remove Programs utility in the Windows Control Panel." Following all that, you should be able to reinstall your Roxio software. Regards, Brendon
gi7omy
To add to what Brendon said, when you go to uninstall IE7, you will get all sorts of dire warnings regarding updates, etc that may have been installed after IE7. It's safe to ignore those and just proceed with the uninstall as the only things likely to be affected are toolbars or any add-ons to IE itself
