Help me stop Media Manager Services

Each time I log onto my computer, I get an icon in my system tray called "Media Manager Services", with a red x through it. I can right click and Exit. It's only a minor annoyance, but I bet there's a way to prevent it from showing up. Let me know if you can help.

Double click the Icon, or right click and the pick settings or options (not sure which it is off hand), then in the Watched Folder settings window at the bottom, uncheck the box to show the icon in the system tray.
