If you also updated DirectX 9, then the problem is that that video chip may not handle the program. Check the date for the driver first using Windows>Run"> type in dxdiag> OK. look at the display tab right side. I'll assume that you did update the driver correctly including deleting the old driver, rebooting and then installing the new driver. The driver will read something xxx with the last four digits 9371. Make sure you run the program in software mode - VideoWave top menu, tools>options> put a dot near software.
