Guest ml
Which program? If it's a new program, you should be entitled to Roxio/Sonic Customer support.
Darlene
Which program? If it's a new program, you should be entitled to Roxio/Sonic Customer support. The program is My DVD 9 Studio Premier, and I can't seem o get any help, all they do is keep refering me to the forums, or Ask Rox Ann, I need to talk to a REAL person.......But in this day and age that is virtually impossible..... It's so frustrating

t3istar
Larry, I also have the same problem on my Laptop but not on my desktop. I use MyDVD9. Even though I get the Buffer error message and a Virtual error message the program works. I tried using the Hotfix that you recommended but i still have the problem. As I said I don't get error messages on my desktop but only on my laptop. Do you think this might have any issue w/r virtual memory? Thanks Have you tried the Roxio KB article for buffer overrun errors yet?

Thanks I never did get my program (Roxio Premeier My DVD 9) t work. I finally deleted the entire program and all my errors stopped. I had tried everything the KB suggested. Nothing worked! I'm now using Media Now and I have NO PROBLEMS..........
