I purchased and installed the Cineplayer DVD Decoder Pack 2.3.1 for Windows XP. The installation and activation went smoothly.
I now have the CinePlayer icon on my desktop toolbar, and it opens Windows Media Player (11) when I double-click on it. But when I try to play a DVD, WMP tells me I have no DVD decoder installed. I have downloaded the Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup Utility, and it also says there's no decoder. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. And of course I have not received a response to my Help Ticket.
