video wave does not recognize any file

creator 8 will not recognize any file loaded to it including mpeg videos or individual pictures. Amessage pops up saying "the current production is empty or contains invalid files" or The number of panels in the production is 0". Technical support has not been able to resolve.

 

I then purchased creator 9 - it downloaded fine but does the same thing with the two above messages. The screen is black unlike Creator 7.5 which I also have.

Has anyone in experience addressing this situation?

You haven't provided enough information to give an answer. No telling what program in the suites that you used or where the files came from, or what file extensions they have.

 

Also, list your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed in my signature.

 

And, I can eat a ton of Crappies. Absolutely one of the best eating fish, next to Walleyes.
