Destination drive not selected

I had to install a new cd burner from HP (under warranty ) and when I try to burn a cd the Roxio page is showing that no destination drive is selected. When I installed the new drive the computer showed that everything was installed and ready to go. Anyone have any ideas what I need to do? Do I need to call HP again or contact Roxio or is there something I can do? Any help would be appreciated. DiFivecents

Bingo! I dnld and installed the PXengine & rebooted and guess what - I have a destination drive and was able to burn a CD. Boy, has this been a learning experience. Thanks so much for the assistance. Forums like this really help those of us who are not "experts". DiFivecents
