hello everyone i just got Roxio Creator 9 suite yesterday and can't burn a DivX DVD. First off when i go to add movies (rather clips) it says "the parameter is incorrect" and then the windows send error information comes up and it crashes. It only happens when i add more than 4.7 GB of video (if i add less this error doesn't occur). So i get around that issue by not selecting more than 4.7 GB of video to add.
My real issue is when im actually burning the project. At random times the burning process stops and says "an unspecified error occurred."
I have an HP Pavilion a1214n with 1.5 GB of RAM, an ATI x1300 256 MB PCI-E video card (umm i dont think u need to know anything else). I have EVERYTHING updated to its latest drivers, ect. Even my CD/DVD drive.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?
oh BTW i tried burning the same project twice when the first time the error came up after about 5 minutes of burning. The second time i tried burning the project it came about 8 hours after it started burning (i left the comp on overnight and was fine in the morning until about an 1 after i got up and checked).
