HELP--cannot use mydvd

Danielle C

Question

K--so I bought a new laptop (DELL) with Windows Vista and had Creator & MYDVD 9.0 DE preinstalled. I cannot access the MYDVD feature and did an uninstall-reinstall and now it is not even listed in my programs--and I did a complete install. I also get an error message on install taht the BDAV plug in isn't compatable and won't be installed--or something similar.

I really just want to make slideshows with photos from my digital and be able to burn them to a dvd disc.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

You really should contact Dell since it's the OEM version. I may be wrong but I do think Roxio supports Dell with EMC9 installed but I don't remember. However, you should try the Vista clean install.

Did you ever figure out how large your hard drive really was, because it sure the heck isn't 2 GB.
