How to Retreive files from DVD made with Easy Archive

Just bought Creator 9 suite, and tried Easy Archive. It made a 3 DVD set. When I load the disks now, nothing happens. Windows Explorer won't open the disk at all. I have found the C:\Program Files\Roxio\Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 Suite\Retrieve 9 file on the hard drive, but if I run Launch_Retrieve.exe nothinhg happens, and with Retrieve9.exe, it ssays there are no files. I have managed to use a utility program to see the directory on the DVD, and there is loads of stuff, including 070730_1951_Files.htm, which I think is the index, but I cannot actually open the files. Anyone any idea what is wrong / what to do?

Something must have gone wrong with the burn.I tried it with just 1 disc and I was able to use Explorer to browse the disc and move files from it.The help files say you can open the htm file for a list of files on the disc.I tried it and my browser opened and showed me a list of files on the disc.

If you look at the help files it will give you step-by-step instructions.

Retrieve is for one of the other backup programs in the Suite.
