How to play a jukebox CD

Hi:

 

I am new to Media Creator. I succeeded in creating a jukebox disc. However, when I try to play the cd, nothing happens and I need to go into explorer and click on playlist, and then Windows Media opens and it plays.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Autoplay, when checked, just opens Windows Media and my songs do not play.

 

So the basic question: How do I play a jukebox cd?

According to the online Help,

 

"The discs can be played in any compatible computer, music player, or set-top disc player."

 

In my opinion, you're better off creating audio CD using the Music Disc Creator.

Thanks. But doesn't that just let me do a few songs (80 minutes worth) and not MP3's? When I tried the music creator, I only had room for about 15 songs.

One of the project types in Music Disc Creator is the creation of MP3/WMA Disc.

But be aware that most CD players cannot play mp3 or wma discs. Most hifi players only play audio CDs, some car players will play mp3 discs. You would need to check that the player you want to use can play mp3 discs.
