Viewing overlays

Is there a way to see the overlays in the timeline view after you close the internal tracks feature? I added an overlay, but when I resume editing in the timeline view, the overlay and its location cannot be seen. I have to search for the clip where it is located and then click internal tracks. It would be very helpful to see the overlays while viewing the main video track.

Nope, afraid not. You can only see the internal tracks when in that view.

If you switch to story line view, the clips with one or more overlays have an icon bottom left of the panel, so it is easy to see them. Click on the one you want to select it, then switch back to timeline view if you prefer to edit the overlay in that view rather than storyline view.
