I have two separate dmsd files vol1.dmsd and vol2.dmsd. Is there any way to combine these two, which will easily fit on one DVD?

I am not sure that this will work, but you can try taking each one individually, and burn them to a Folder Set, then open Disc Copier, and use Video Compilation to get both on a DVD. Gary could tell you whether or not this will work.

How long, in length of time, are each of them?

BTW, if both of the productions were built in VideoWave, you can bring both .dmsm files into MyDVD and burn them.

If you didn't create both productions in VideoWave, you should have. :)

You can open VideoWave then load vol1.dmsd (File Opne Production) click on the little film reel at the top (When you run your mouse over it, it will read output as) convert it as mpeg do. You don't have to save the production close out vol1.dmsd, open vol2.dmsd and do the same thing (converting it to mpeg and closeing vol2.dmsd ). After your done with that open your mpge files by clicking on Add Photo/Video.

VideoWave does not open .dmsd files.

Unfortunately, there isn't. You can Copy/Paste between Videowave files, but I haven't tried it with MyDVD projects.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I was able to dump them each into MyDVD but in fact, it was such a large file it was too hard to manipulate and everything I was doing... adding chapters... music, saving... took waaaay too long. I'm keeping them separate.
