So I just upgraded to Panther and now I can't burn anything. I can open the application, but it doesn't find the drive. Is this it for my burner? I'm a graphic artist and I desperately need to find a way around this. Any ideas?
I have called Customer Service 4 times now, they directed to a support page where I submitted three web tickets, but they have not answered one of them!
