Roxio and Vista..not a good combo

is what I get now when I attempt to open Roxio from the start menu

 

so far nothing about this product has worked

 

does anyone have a fix?

I have no clue what qzc is, but it isn't Roxio. As far as what you see on the startup screen, that is normal.

 

Roxio, although having some bugs, works for most who install it. If nothing works for you, it may be a bad install, or you have a slug of running programs at startup, that may be interferring.

When you say "Nothing has worked", can you give us some details ? Error messages ? As to the fix, I think it's called Roxio 10 but that's just conjecture.

thas the same eror i am getting with the internet exploer script erro also its not a bad install its the roxio server i have 2 machines with it installed both have the same error and a friend has it installed and is getting the same error even went to best buy and tryed a machine connected to the internet same problem so its an internal error on roxios server you know they never like to say when there at fault
