Installing on second computer

I recently purchased (downloaded) and installed My DVD Studio Premier 9 on my laptop. I am in the process of buying a new desktop machine. Will I be able to install the program on my new machine using the file I downloaded from Roxio? I have no idea what the licensing restrictions are. Thanks in advance.

The EULA is clear - each licensed copy may only be on one machine at a time.

 

If you set it up on the new machine, you will have to remove it from the other one
