MPEG-2 is now missing

Poormario

Question

After several times being able to burn DVD's now EMC9 is giving me a warning message stating that the MPEG-2 CODEC must be activated. Click OK to activate and when I do I get the error message "No permission - bad installation". It worked before and all of a sudden it stopped. I've tried running as the admin as well and still get the same message. I'm running Vista Home Premium but did have this same problem in XP Professional.

Any help would be appreciated :(
