difference between PHYSICAL UG/EM and PHYSICAL

Michaelba74

Question

I recently got an email from Roxio about ordering Easy Media Creator 9 Suite. When I clicked on the link it show an order box with the desription Easy Media Creator 9 Suite - PHYSICAL UG/EM at $49.99. I looked on the Roxio website and it had Easy Media Creator 9 Suite - PHYSICAL at $99.99. I want to know what the difference if any between the two. Is the cheaper a special or just a trial version? Thank you for your assistance.

There are different versions

Trial - free 30 day cut down version (available here)

Easy CD and DVD Burning marked 'Vista Compatible - cut down version of EMC9. There is a second Red Box which is ECD 6

EMC9 Suite

EMC9 De Luxe (bundled with a Dazzle interface and some extra apps)

Physical and ug/em - I haven't a clue ;)

I don't know for sure but I would hazard a guess that UG means upgrade for $49 and the $99 item is the full version price.
