Question

Just purchased RecordNow 9 and have no monitoring sound when playing LP to hard drive. After recording

in the LP and tape assistant, position 1, I get playback. The position 2 operates without complaint. Exporting in position 3 is simple but ...... I think playback should be available as monitoring during the recording process. When I called for tech support I was told Roxio does not support RecordNow 9. Why? Any comments related to getting sound during the record process in LP and Tape Assistant would be appreciated.

If you are using the Line In on your sound card make sure that in the cards mixer or in Windows sound mixer,on the playback contols, that line in is not muted.
