I am using a 9800 ati all in wonder card trying to capture from my vcr, everytime I open the capture program I get the message Operation buil on capture manager failed - failed to build preview graph. Also when I first open any of the roxio a file called DAO trys to install but can't. According to control panel add remove DAO is already installed. I can capture using windows movie maker and pinnacle but when I import to roxio and burn DVD I get no sound when I play it on the tv DVD player but it has sound when played on the computer. This program use to work fine. I have updated my video card drivers this year. Should I go back to the original drivers? I tried a fix that I found on the site but it did not work. It was to go to admin tools in xp pro go to services , media center receiving service and disable it. I could not find it in the service file, did find it on my task bar and shut it down but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have 40 family movie video vcr tapes I need to burn to DVD.
