p4man
Just bought 3gp decoder but still can't play video files from my Razor v3 phone. Later found that real player and wmp classic will play them fine but I would like to get what I payed for. When I try to play the razor files wmp says aquiring codec -- codec aquired -- wmp can not play this file, file type not supported. I have had similar problems with streaming content before. Can the problem be wmp? Or does the razor use a new file type? I also tried a roll back to WMP 10 and reinstalling the decoder still no luck. Help please Just thought I would add that I am using XP sp2 with .net 3.0 and MCE (this has caused problems before) the phone is a Razor v3 from AT & T
roxonline
Apologies that our 3gp update is taking so long. It currently looks like the update will be next week for WMP11 and Vista support. If that build doesn't work for you we will have to look at your specific file to see if there are any variances. We would like to make sure you get what you pay for, too! I'll have an update late this week or Monday of next.
