Mute Audio Section in Video Wave

galewins21

Question

I am trying to edit the audio in video wave. The music was not long enough for the video so I added it again. Now there is a tiny mute gap between 2.16 and 2.20. How do I eliminate this space so the music flows continually.

I have worked on this gosh darn thing for about 10 hours now, and it is driving me insane.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much Canada...When you say "on one of the other audio tracks" I don't know what you mean. Where can I find "other audio track"

Patience is a virtue!!!! I so very much appreciate your help.

In Videowave, switch to Timeline view. There is an icon that says Show/Hide tracks. Click that icon and check the other audio tracks in the dialog window.

See the image shown here.

You could add theaudio again on one of the other audio tracks and overlapping the start of the 2nd with the end of the first. By playing around with the fade out/in you can get good continuity

Well, you've posted in the version 7 and the version 9 areas. Start by telling us which version of the products you actually have. then someone can offer some suggestions.

I find the easiest way to do anything with audio is to bring it into Sound Editor. You can bring the same song in 2 times, if you need to, and edit out any gaps, then output (not save) as a .wav or .mp3 file, to a folder on your hard drive.

You can then pull that into VideoWave.
