jeanrosenfeld
DE means OEM Dell version, which does not contain all the components of the retail version. Best to ask on the Dell user forum as Dell is responsible for support to the OEM version. You could as on http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums...ard.id=sw_other
cdanteek
but I don't see Roxio Disc Copier component. Did I miss anything? If you have the install disc for your Dell edition 9.0 de, you could uninstall it and try the version 9, 30 day free trial. If you like it version 10 should be out next month and you could upgrade to it. http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=13472 cd
