Can't Burn

I'm having a problem with the program. For one, I can't register it; when I put the CD key code in the registration, it tells me "Product Registration Differ" even tho I'm registering a New Product.

I also get the AC3 error message when I import. My version is 6. I don't have Vista on my Computer; I'm running Windows XP.

I'm not trying to record from a cam -I recorded a movie on T.V. that I want to keep. Nothing seems to work with this progam. I need someone to hold my hand while I work through these.....

Still need some clarification on version… If you actually have V6, why did you post in the Vista Compatible area? V6 is not Vista compatible, only V9 is.

 

The only hint on the Red Box is a little sticker stating it is Vista Compatible.

 

If you actually have V6, it was never AC3 compatible and never will be…
