disk not black message

I have the easy cd and dvd burning software on the multisession setting and I still can't do more than one burning session even if the disk is nearly empty. I insert the disc and try to copy but I get a message that the disk is not empty. Why is this happening?

When you burn the disc,in the burning options make sure that the box for Read Only Disc is unchecked.Then when you try to add another session make sure you import the previous session.
