Videowave freezes

If this has been brought up many times before I appologize.

 

But I have been having some issues when I output the video as a finished product.

My production is made up of multiple videos that I'm trying to combine together using transitions between each video. The production plays just fine in the preview box, however when I compile or use the output feature the videos after the first video freeze on their first frame, but the audio continues just fine.

The videos are all 640x480 running at 15fps in AVI format.

 

My specs:

 

AMD 3000+ 2.2ghz

ATI 9800 pro 128MB

1.5Gb Ram

500GB hd

 

All of my drivers are up to date.

For now, in VideoWave, go to tools, options and put a dot near the software render. Remove any 3D transitions for now and try again. If you have the same problem, post back (in either case) and tell us more about where you got the video files from. Are they DivX -AVI format?

Yes, that fixed the problem. However; is there a way to really fix the problem so that I will be able to use the 3d transitions?

Update the drivers for that 9800 Pro. I have the same video card, on my backup machine, and I have no problems with hardware rendering.
