I tried erasing a DVD-RW using Drag-to-disc and it took over the program (I guess that is the only way to describe it). I wasn't able to then burn what I wanted to after erasing the DVD. I had to shut down my computer and then I was back up and running. I have also tried erasing it by attempting to burn onto it and then it asked me if I wanted to erase the disc in drive E. I pressed ok, and I also had a problem there so had to shut down the computer but the disc was erased when I got back on. I am just wondering if I can easily erase a DVD-RW and NOT encounter the problems above where I have to shut down my computer to get things back to normal. Not sure if I have made any sense, but thanks in advance for your help!!
