I wouldn't do that. To start with you can only do multi-session CD-R or CD-RW with Toast so you won't gain much by trying to add more sessions to a 700 MB disc on your Mac. Even if you chose to write ISO 9660 format only using Toast there I wouldn't trust that the disc will be entirely readable on either the Mac or PC afterward.

 

What I would do is copy the content from the existing multi-session disc to the Mac, add the new content and burn an entirely new disc.
