End-user license agreement

Question

I just purchased the emc9 suite and have had some issues... The most common is an error right after setup starts that says Iexpress setup has failed.. report the issue... And after install completes, when I try to run the program I get an error that says the end-user license cannot be displayed reinstall.... I tried that and I also tried the clean install and still no good...

 

Any help would be appreciated

I'm getting the same error for my Creator & My DVD 9.0 that came pre-installed on my PC. I've done all the "re-installs, patches, and updates" that were "critical" and "recommended" but, nothing has worked and I also am looking for assistance... Especially when it was working fine for a couple weeks and then nothing.

 

Somebody please help us, running out of things to try
