Exception Process Error c0000013

This error started showing up last week. I have successfully created DVDs using MyDVD until last week. The only software product that has been added is Norton 360. I am using a Dell 4600, XP Home, and my burner is an Iomega DVD Writer. Any thoughts????

Norton is the problem, which is well documented elsewhere, in these forums. Shut it down when you are doing DVD work.
