unable to activate sonic cine player

yianni

Question

:( HI MY NAME IS YIANNI AND I DONT HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTERS AND ETC.

I CANT ACTIVATE THE SONIC CINE PLAYER, AS I RECEIVED THE CODES I ENTER AND THE ICON TELLS ME WRONG CODE. I CHECKED AND I AM ENTERING THE RIGHT NUMBERS.

I KEEP RE- DOWNLOADING AGAIN, AND AGAIN.

IS THERE A WAY I CAN RE-ACTIVATE AGAIN WITHOUT RE- DOWNLOADING?

HOW DO I GET THE ACTIVATION ICON UP AGAIN?

I HAVE NOW THE ICON ON MY DESKTOP BUT THAT WONT WORK.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

DESPERATELY SEEKING HELP.

THANK YOU

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

YIANNI

G'Day Yianni

First of all, let is know what program you installed (full name - like EMC 9.0 or whatever)

Also, some clue as to your hardware (similar to the specs on my signature)

Again - are you talking about activation, registration or the CD key? They're three different things

:) HI AND THANK YOU. IM IN AUSTRALIA SO THE MESAGE COMES LATE.

Installation on Windows 2000 needs SP4 - see here for info

"Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home/Business/Ultimate,Windows® XP Home/Pro/MCE (Service Pack 2), Windows XP Pro x64 Edition, Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4 or later)* "

I think Yianni does have the XP 2002 version, not 2000, as was posted.
