MikeNYNY

Question

Help

I am using videowave and all is fine.. then all of the sudden the audio stops playing and the wave is empty when looking at the native audio in editor.

This happens with tivo files

It happens when I do a cut or edit.. then I can not even reload the fole.. I CAN if I copy it... any ideas here

Thank you

I have had EMC9 for about a week now.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but hey lets try it!

I usually listen to music while I work on my computer, this being played through Yahoo Juke Box or Windows Media Player.

However, if I have music on through one of those programmes & I then open EMC9and then open VideoWave, the music stops!

If I have EMC9 and VideoWave open & I then try to play music with either of the other programmes, they wont load the music and play.

With EMC9 open (welcome page) I can play music OK, something in or to do with VideoWave seems to be the culprit.

Techical Support told me to update my sound driver thru the manufacturers web site, I checked & it is already up to date.

I went back to technical support today & they told me to update my video drivers.......! B)

I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give.

Many thanks.

None of you mentioned the OS in use, but I have heard there are problems with Vista in the way it handles audio - perhaps that could be the cause.

If so - check in the Vista forum and see if anyone there has the answers
