Let Down Customer Posted August 24, 2007 Report Share Posted August 24, 2007 I have a Treo 700 and it creates .3g2 files. I ordered this decoder and it behaved the same way before I purchased it. The software does not do what your website advertises. I tried contacting support they said I need to go to live chat. There I found ask Roxy and that did not even have the product I purchased.
