Toast 7 Won't Let Me Change Launch When Cd/dvd Inserted

When I installed Toast 7 on my G5 PowerPC Desktop (2.1 mhz), I chose the default to launch Toast when I insert a cd/dvd. I would like to change the default to not launch in the Help:Setup Assistant menu, but the options won't stay unchecked. How can I fix this?

Open the Mac System Preferences, go to the CDs & DVDs prefernence and set both of them to "Ignore" when you insert a blank CD or DVD.
