Dolby Pro Logic

According to the manual, Popcorn 3 will produce files with Dolby ProLogic sound for the AppleTV. I was trying to figure out how one enables this, and I can't find a setting. Does it do it automatically?

 

I also have the Elgato Turbo;anyone know if conversion to Prologic is affected by that being connected?

It's all automatic and Turbo should have no affect on this.
