What ever have I done wrong You need to burn that .ISO file to a DVD, using Disc Copier. You don't copy it as a data file. BTW, how did you "somehow transferred it to an iso"? Spoon feeding is fine, but you have to eat. Burn that image (ISO) file, to a DVD, using Disc Copier. It should work. If it doesn't, you had a bad burn. If you are, and it says you have an hour to go, you have something wrong with your system, or you DVD burner. It shouldn't take more than 10 to 15 minutes.
