Videowave Won't Launch

Dell Pentium 4 1.7 GHZ 768 ram, XP service pack 2 NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 video

Have installed, uninstalled, and Videowave won't launch from EMC 7.5 menu or by itself. Looks like it's loading, then just disappears with no error message. Have looked through all helps and discussion boards and nothing has resolved issue. I have no problems with any other software launches within EMC 7.5.
