Express Labeler and Label Creator

Receive an error message when trying to open these programs Express Labeler & Label Creator in 1360 X 768 or 1440 X 900 using VISTA. I must drop back to 1280X960 at 32 bits. (Message) "in order for this application to run correctly your display settings need to be changed to 1024 X768 at 32 bit color. Click OK to continue or cancel to quit."

 

Express Labeler worked at 1440 X 900 with Media creator 9. Are we going backwards?

Thanks for the feedback. For what it's worth, I can't reproduce the problem you are experiencing, and I'm running with a display setting of 1680 x 1050 on Vista.

 

Can you give us more details on your PC and graphics card? Do you have the latest and greatest graphics drivers for your card?

I have an HP Pavilion Model a1730n, AMD Athlon 64x2 dual core processor 4600, Vista Home Premium, NVIDIA GeForec 6150 le on motherboard driver nvd3dum.dll, ver.7.15.11.5818 If there is a later version I can't find it.
