Beerman
I've heard to clean my Registry but I cannot find where to do that, any help would be appreciated! There's lots of free software to do this on the internet. Look for Regcleaner.
cdanteek
I've heard to clean my Registry but I cannot find where to do that, any help would be appreciated! A word of caution if you don't have experience working with the Registry I would leave well enough alone. Never change anything in it untill you have backed it up (export). You can damage your system bad enough it won't work! Now if you know how to install chip set drivers, mother board drivers, and reinstall your operating system. After you have backed up all valuable data on your pc. Go ahead and get your feet wet. If not I wouldn't! cdanteek
Beerman
Thands cdanteek, I rushed my reply and should have stated the warning about fooling with the registry. Of course, always make a back up first.
jdhenninger@earthlink.net
I downloaded RegMajik...I only deleted the items it told me were not being used anymore. Thanks for the warnings though! I had to go back to a previous boot to get my computer working after a debugging software I added screwed it up! To beat all the debugger was FROM Microsoft!
