Sound Card does not show up in Easy Audio Capture

Dan D

Question

I have an HP Computer with an onboard Reltek sound card. When I run Easy Audio, nothing shows up in the 'Capture From' and 'Input' combo boxes.

I found a post where someone suggested reloading and reconfiguring the drivers which I did, but still no sound card.

I am using Windows XP.

My sound card is functioning with other software. (Windows Media Player, Quick Time, Acid, etc.)

OPen the Volumn control you may find it by clicking on START, then PROGRAMS, then ENTERTAINMENT and then Volunm Control.

As was mentioned in a previous post, you need to be certain that the voolum is up on the item you are wanting to capture from. Also be certain you are NOT looking at the PLAYBACK ITEMS, you want the RECORDING ITEMS. Be sure these is no check mark below in the Mute box as well. Should work.
