challenger
EMC 10 has 13 components installed, as indicated by Control Panel 'Programs'. Does EMC10 have the same constraints for 'Clean Installation' as Ver 9.0 had? Is there any particular order that the componets must be un-installed in? I am having some of the same problems with Ver 10 that I had with 9.0. It seems that there are very little instructions provided for the exceptions. The Highlander
whats the Operating system and Make , model of the PC you are using? (winxp steps) if on winxp use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and un-install the app that way, and in fact id un-install all roxio stuff on the cleanup list then try a reboot and try the install again. (vista steps) remove the app from add & remove applications then reboot and try the install again. NOTE: make sure you stop all Antivirus programes

NOTE: make sure you stop all Antivirus programes I was referring to the Vista computer (in signature). I was trying to work a MediaImport problem, I finally figured out I could get to MediaImport directly from the EMC 10 Suite. It is not obvious which Prgm Application is associated with the Installed Roxio Prgms (13) listed via Control Panel.
