twotrumps
I tried for days to figure this out. My drive is connected by USB port; ports are fine. I have a EMC 7 basic edition! The drive does not show up on the selection menu. Please help! Thanks, 2trumps
Guest mlpasley
Have you installed the driver that came with the USB drive? Have you checked for updates for the burner from the manufacturer? EMC gets the information about the burner from the burner itself, so you need to have the right driver installed. REDWAGON
I might be way out in left field here ml, but a long time ago on the old forum I posted a similar problem with a drive not showing up on the list in Roxio. After some trepidations I finally found out that the drive had always been there as it was hidden way down at the bottom on the list and I just didn't use the slide bar to get down that far. Just a suggestion. I really felt pretty dumb after I found out what a simple solution it was !! Frank...........
