Just recently purchased the lastest one at futureshop. After installing it, it ran good the first time but i couldnt burn movies with it cause videowave 9 kept closing. So i tried the clean install deleting folders and reg keys. reinstalled but now it wont even start when i click the desktop icon, or going through the start menu. im thinking of returning if i cannot fix this problem.

Try a "Clean Install" but make sure you follow these instructions, to the letter! Here

 

The Red Box is a limited version, do not think you are paying $30 and getting a Suite that the rest of us paid $100 for! Make sure it is going to suit you needs before the time runs out to exchange for a full Suite.
