Can EMC 9 do this?

I just did a search for "time compression" and found nothing. Does anybody out there know if EMC9 can do time/video compression such that if I have a 9min clip, I can speed it up so that it runs less than 9min?

 

I'm trying to have a video segment run 1 song long, and it's currently about 1.5 songs long...

You can take video file and speed it up in VideoWave. Bring your video file into VideoWave, putting it in the Storyline view. Double click on the video, in Storyline, and you will see a speed box. Click on the +, or enter a number in the box.

 

It will take some playing around to get it the way you want it.
