DennyG
I don’t know why but I’m unable to log onto Roxio Community from my home PC. I can access all other parts by logging in, tec surport and any other part of the Roxio site that requires a Email and a user name but not Roxio Community. I have been corresponding with a tec and has me doing all the so called help tips, delete cookies, turn off pop up blocker, and virus protection. Still no luck, my home pc is running windows XP home. Anyone have any Ideas? Thank’s Denny G.

cdanteek
Are you using lower case? Start, Control Panel, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear History. If that don't work turn your Fire Wall off. cd
lynn98109
I had a problem like that with my main computer when Roxio changed computers when I was "logged in" but not online. And deleting cookies screws up too many other things. For a while, I was simply having to boot the WinXP and check Roxio, but eventually I accepted the tip to downlaod FireFox, which had no problems. After a while, since I'd quit trying, one day I tried to get back in using Internet Explorer, and lo-and-behold it worked. I assume a cookie had died out. So that's two possibilities - FireFox, and simply waiting. The former is lots more predictable Lynn
