Drives disabled

After I managed to get EMC installed I am having a hard time to get it opened. When I open EMC I get a message that says drives are disabled, physically remove drive or enable. I have no Idea how to enable the drives for EMC. The drives are enabled for windows and working properly. Any Ideas for me?
