grandpa don
I was unable to edit a video with Videowave 9 even with support of many forum experts. Whats different about EMC 10 that would warrant its acquisition?
grandpa don
The functionality is essentially the same, though rendering is somewhat faster. Another difference is that the mpeg-2 activation (which caused grief to some in EMC 9) is no longer required. However, whether 10 would work for you depends on what the underlying causes were for the problems you encountered when editing a video in Videowave 9. If the problems were caused by the EMC 9 installation itself, then you might not have the same problems with a new install of 10. If they were caused by some conflict between EMC 9 and your system, then I would think it likely that RMC 10 would have the same ssues. Have you tried updating to 9.1? The mystery is still thre. Ive been remiss in informing you directly that yours & other help led to finally editing my video, in 7.5 You mentioned 9.1 before. How does one get it? jeanrosenfeld
If you have EMC 9 you can download the update to 9.1 from http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=27547 (searching the boards would have found it for you :-))
