Hello. This is the first time for me to enter anything on this forum. I had an offer from Roxio through EMC9 for BackOnTrack Suite 3 (back-up and disaster recovery software). I purchased the download (a large, 1.26 GB zipped file). I started the installation, and it unzipped tons of files (which I have yet to find out where they are), and started the Microsoft Clear Type Applet installation dialogue. I don't understand what does that have to do with anything? (Nothing was mentioned in the download instructions about that). I already have this on my computer and need it for clear display of my LCD monitor. So, I finished the installation of that. Then it went to deleting temporary files and nothing else happened. No application was installed. I deleted it (thinking it was corrupted upon download), and downloaded it again. Ran it and it did exactly the same thing. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. I have emailed Tech support twice, and have received no answer. In the meantime, I am out the money I paid for it. It sounded like a good program to have, but now I don't know. Can anyone help me?
