VideoWave wont run

I have tried to install Media creator 9 on my laptop with Vista 3 times now. I cannot run videoWave due to a configuration file problem. I get error message that VideoWave was unable to load the configuration file, please re-install videoWave. errr. anyone got any ideas.

I have to admit, I have had noting but problems with this software. And I hate not having a tech support division to talk with. Spend $100 bucks on software and have to rely on message boards for help, just doesnt seem right.

When launching Videowave in Easy Media Creator 9, the following error message appears:

 

Videowave was unable to load the configuration file. Please re-install Videowave.

Cause

Some components of Easy Media Creator may need Administrator authorization in Windows Vista and generally only happens when launching from a shortcut.

 

Resolution

 

Right click the Roxio Easy Media Creator icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator.

 

I found is and used it and i'm back up and running
